Merch.com Inbox for Gmail
Send merch and invite links straight from the thread you are already in.
How it works
The capabilityThe Merch.com Inbox Chrome extension turns Gmail into a sending surface. Open any thread, pop the side panel, and the recipient is pre-filled from the people you are already emailing. Send a campaign invite, a one-off gift link, or a re-send of something you sent before, all without leaving your inbox or copying an email address into another tab.
What it does
8 featuresA side panel inside Gmail. No new tab, no context switch. The thread you are reading is the recipient you are sending to.
Reads the thread participants from the page so the To field is already populated when you open the panel.
Pick a campaign, confirm, and the recipient gets a personal invite or a direct gift link, the same way it would from the portal.
A "send again" flow surfaces what you have sent this contact before, so a follow-up gift is two clicks, not ten.
Spend controls, credit limits, per-recipient caps, and campaign-level access all apply exactly as they do in the portal. The extension is a sending surface, not an escape hatch.
If you are already signed into Merch.com on the same browser, the extension detects your session automatically. Otherwise sign in once and stay in.
Personal Gmail, Google Workspace, custom domains on Google. If you read mail there, you can send merch from there.
Before you send, the panel shows the budget, recipient cap, and any per-campaign limits that apply. No surprise credit holds.
